While we try to provide you with the highest possible quality, we understand that certain circumstances may need returns or exchanges. So we provide a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you follow the guidelines below, we will gladly accept a return or exchange of an item.
30 Days Return & Exchange
We have a straightforward and hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy for the following situations.
- You can get a full refund for products that are unused condition. if you return them within 30 days from the delivery date.
- 100% Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
- You can also exchange an item for another. If the price of the other item is higher than the purchased item, difference is to be paid.
- The customer will be pay the freight and transport charges for the items that they return, or exchange.
- Customers should use a reliable shipping service such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or a similar trackable option when sending back items for return or exchange.
- We do not receive parcels from USPS due to some issues.
- We will refund the full amount to the customer within 24 hours or 48 hours of receiving the parcel at our warehouse.
- Our return warehouse is located in Dubai.
Cancellation of the Orders
The order cancellation proposal must be sent within 24 hours, and if completed within that time frame, the entire amount will refunded to the customer’s account. If your order is processed after that time period, you will be charged a 25% service fee.Besides it, Prior to your item being shipped If you you have any questions about size changes, cancellations, or changes made to your order you can email us at support or in contact us. We won’t be able to do anything once the product has been shipped.
Products with defects
If you receive a defective product from us, you can request an exchange. To do so, please submit our Return & Exchange Form or email us on info@mensleatherwear.com within 24 hours with a photo of the defect along with the type of the fault and your order number. After that, a person from our customer service team will reach you and assist you further.
Situations where a return or exchange is not possible
We strive to provide the best service possible to our customers. That concludes our straightforward exchange and return policies.
1. We will not be able to return or refund an item if we uncover a fault that was not caused by us.
2. Because the customized jackets were made just for you, they will not be returned.
