How long would it take for an order to arrive at my location?

We offer two types of free shipping options:

1. Normal Free Shipping

  • Handling Time: 4 to 5 business days (Monday to Saturday)

  • Transit Time: 4 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) via FedEx, DHL, and UPS

  • Total Delivery Time: 8 to 10 business days

2. Prime Delivery Products

  • Handling Time: 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Saturday)

  • Transit Time: 3 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday) via FedEx, DHL, and UPS

  • Total Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days

All orders follow a strict cut-off time of 12:00 AM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Which countries do you ship to?

Mens Leather Wear ships worldwide, except for a few countries restricted due to legal sanctions. We do not ship to Israel.

Is customs, tax, and duty included in free shipping?

All of our orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that the prices do not include any customs or import duties. Any charges associated with a parcel must be paid by the recipient. Since customs policies and import duties vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes?

We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses. Additionally, for safety and security, a signature is required upon delivery.

How do I track the delivery of my package?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a courier tracking number. You can also check your order status at any time on the “Track Your Order” page.

Is it possible to change the shipping address after I’ve placed my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request a shipping address change by contacting us via email. If your order has already been shipped, we recommend reaching out to the courier company with your tracking details to request a change of address.

What should I do if my order hasn’t yet arrived?

You can check your order status on the “Track Your Order” page. If you haven’t received your order by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@mensleatherwear.com.

How long does it take for custom orders to be delivered?

Our priority is to ship custom orders within 2-3 weeks. However, as these are made-to-order items, delivery times may vary. If you have a specific time requirement, please discuss it with your design consultant.
